Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@psiyomtov.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.

 Updated 9/11/2025

Yes, we’re still communicating with local shuls. Many shuls only finalized their participation recently, which has extended our processing time a bit.

We expect to mail out cards by the end of next week IYH and will send more updates as soon as we have more information.

We’ll do our best to approve as many people as possible. If your shul isn’t yet signed up, you can offer to help get things organized, or speak to your Rov, gabbai, askan, or anyone who usually gets things done. If they’re interested, please have them email shuls@psiyomtov.org.

If your shul is participating in the program, a card will be mailed to you after Rosh Hashanah. Either way, we’ll be sure to notify you.

The PSI card will be available to be used in Bingo and in All-Fresh.

Yes, the cards are intended for Yom Tov and will expire on Tuesday, October 21.
